Congrats to the new owner of the Stone Soup Boss 5.0, John Vecchio of Clinton Township. Thanks to listeners like you, we raised over $130,000 for Children's Miracle Network and Beaumont Children's Hospital.
*Winner is responsible for payment of sales tax, title and registration fees, insurance and any other license fees, as well as an income tax equal to 25% of the fair market value of the vehicle, which must be paid before the vehicle is claimed. WINNER ACCEPTS THE VEHICLE IN ITS PRESENT CONDITION,”AS IS, WHERE IS.” Each of Beaumont Health System, Children’s Miracle Network, and WCSX/Greater Boston Radio, Inc. disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including (without limitation) warranties of merchantability, design, safety, performance and function.
The 94.7 WCSX Stone Soup Boss 5.0 Project is something you can only do in Detroit. Based on the fable of "Stone Soup" - where everyone pitches in and you wind up with something wonderful, this project is a reflection of the automotive spirit and hard working nature of Detroit.
This year's 1969 Mustang will benefit the Children's Miracle Network at Beaumont Hospital - raffle tickets are $10.00 each (with every penny going to the charity). And YOU'RE part of this -- from voting on the car, choosing the paint color and maybe adopting a part.
The Stone Soup Boss 5.0 is more than a 575 horsepower Mustang - it's more than a one of kind car - it's what we do in the Motor City. Thank you to the hundreds of people who'll work on this car and the fine businesses who've donated time and money to make this a reality for the Children's Miracle Network at Beaumont Hospital.
