It's a mark of how scarce David Bowie has been that simple, low-key sighting gets everyone all excited. But there was lots of scuttlebutt when Bowie was seen picking up lunch this week from the Italian Bottega Falai Cafe in New York, where he currently resides. Bowie has been the subject of health rumors since undergoing heart surgery following his 2004 tour, and his public appearances -- including the opening of his son Duncan Jones' film "Moon" in 2009 -- have been extremely rare. He was rumored to be curating an exhibition of his costumes at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London but issued a Facebook statement earlier this year denying any involvement.
