KEITH RICHARDS PREDICTS STONES WILL ROLL IN 2013

10/17/2012

The Rolling Stones have posted a quizzical set list via Twitter that may or may not pertain to the group's upcoming 50th anniversary concerts in New Jersey and England. The 23-song, handwritten list features songs from throughout the group's career but is also missing key tracks such as "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction," "Brown Sugar" and "Jumping Jack Flash" as well as "Doom and Gloom" and "One More Shot," the two new songs from the upcoming "GRRR!" compilation, so is therefore not being given much credence. The Stones will play November 25 and 29 at the O2 Arena in London (tickets on sale October 19) and December 13 and 15 at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. (on sale October 26). More concerts are expected in 2013, and guitarist Keith Richards told the BBC this week that, "this band isn't going to wind up with four shows. Next year looks like it's on...The band wants to get these four gigs under their belt, then think about next year after that. Anything is possible with this band."
