Beach Boys plans better clear the plastic for a rash of releases coming from the group in the near future. On September 25, the band will release "50 Big Ones: Greatest Hits," a two-CD set that will run from 1962 all the way up to this year's reunion album "That's Why God Made the Radio." On the same day the Beach Boys will also release remastered versions of most of the group's individual albums --including "Surfin' U.S.A.," "Surfer Girl," "Little Deuce Coupe," "Shut Down, Volume 2," "All Summer Long," "The Beach Boys Today!," "Summer Days (And Summer Nights!!)," "Beach Boys Party!," "Pet Sounds," "Smiley Smile," "Sunflower" and "Surf's Up" -- with stereo and mono mixes featured on each. The glut will follow the August 28 DVD release of "The Beach Boys: Doin' It Again," which aired during the summer as part of PBS' Front Row Center series. The reunited group has been off the road since finishing its North American tour but comes back together again for an August 16 show in Tokyo.
