Bob Dylan has set a September 11 release date for his new album, "Tempest," dropping 50 and a half years after his self-titled debut. Dylan produced the album under his Jack Frost alias, and "Tempest" is his first set of new material since "Together Through Life" in 2009; that album and 2006's "Modern Times" both debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. No trick listing has yet been announced, but "Tempest" is said to include a 14-minute song about the "Titanic."
