We can expect another Ringo Starr All-Star Band tour next summer. In the wake of a new album -- "Ringo 2012," which drops January 31 -- Starr has announced in a video on his web site that "the All-Starrs will be touring America in June and July," though he offered no specifics about who will be in the band this time. The 2010-2011 edition of the All-Starrs included the Romantics' Wally Palmar, Rick Derringer, Edgar Winter, Gary Wright and Mr. Mister's Richard Page.
