Those who were worried they wouldn’t be able to catch one of Rod Stewart’s Las Vegas performances this year now have many more opportunities to see him live in Sin City!
The singer has announced that he will continue his residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace for two more years beginning in the fall. The show, entitled “Rod Stewart: The Hits,” recently celebrated its 50th performance, prompting the extension of Stewart’s contract, which was initially two years long.
“I’m thrilled to add another two years,” Stewart stated in the official press release. “The Colosseum at Caesars Palace is literally one of the best venues in the entire world; there's not a bad seat in the house and it sounds great -- I love it there.”
Rod Stewart will kick off his next set of shows at The Colosseum on November 6 and wrap on November 24. Tickets for the performances go on sale on Saturday, August 3 at 1pm EST, and can be purchased at www.thecolosseum.com or www.axs.com (use the keyword “Rod Stewart.”)
The legendary rocker also has several other tour dates scheduled for 2013 throughout North America and Europe, so head to his official website for more details and be sure to leave us with your thoughts in the comments section below!
