As the years go on, more and more rock fans are becoming a part of the technology craze that continues to sweep the nation.  Remember when we popped in a new mix tape into the car?  Ah, those were the days.  The trend of transitional technology exists in the music world.  From CD’s to iPod’s.  From live DVD’s to Blu-ray.  And fans of Peter Frampton are in store for a technology first.

On March 26^th, the Grammy Award winning guitarist/singer Frampton will release all sorts of goodies. The Live in Detroit show will be reissued on DVD and Digital Video, and for the first time it will receive a Blu-ray release! 

Originally released in 2000, Live in Detroit has long been a fan favorite. The show was filmed at the then-named Pine Knob Amphitheatre on July 17, 1999. The disc contains over two hours of classics from Frampton’s legendary career, with a track listing including hits such as, “Baby, I Love Your Way,” “Show Me The Way,” “Somethin’s Happening,” "Do You Feel Like We Do" and many more. 

If that’s not enough to get your attention, there is a bonus interview with Peter Frampton as well as previously unseen footage, including the rehearsal of ‘Boot It Up’ from the recent “FCA! 35” tour.
