Roger Waters has commented on wrapping up two years of touring Pink Floyd's 1979 album. The Wall, which came to an end last Saturday in Quebec.
He says, "I have to say the response at each if the 192 gigs we've done has been overwhelming. I am very moved by it. Thank you all!" He also thanks his crew who he says are "the best! They are immensely talented and hard working, and loyal, and we laugh a lot. There is a camaraderie that is hard to describe. Better stop now before I start blubbing."
Waters says he will now start work on a new album and he hopes to do more Wall shows next year in Europe.
