Little Steven Van Zandt is best known as the gutarist and mandolin player for a member of Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band, an actor in the Sopranos, and host of Little Steven's Underground Garage.

Van Zandt on the Jersey Shore music scene as a member of  Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes and several of his buddy Bruce Springsteen's early bands.

Springsteen called on Little Steven and his encyclopedic knowledge of soul music to help arrange the horn part for "Tenth Avenue Freeze-Out."  Van Zandt was also responsible for the signature guitar line in Born to Run and joined the E Street Band in the middle of the tour for that album.

In 1999, Little Steven took up acting and took on the role of Silvio Dante, the manager of the Bada Bing strip club on the hit HBO series The Sopranos.

Van Zandt deubted Little Steven's Underground Garage in 2002, the critically-acclaimed radio show which spotlights garage, punk, rockabilly, and other styles of American rock and roll from the last sixty years..
