The Who Ask Fans To Help Create Their Tour Program

The Who
is looking for help from its fans in compiling the program for its upcoming Who Hits 50! tour.

The group has posted a message on its official web site asking for assorted memorabilia to use for the program, which will be sold at the concerts. The solicitation reads: Wholigans! The Who Hits 50! Tour begins later this year. To get geared up we're looking for you, the greatest fans in the world, to scan and email us YOUR favorite Who concert photos, photos with the band, images, ticket stubs, and whatever else you may have taken and collected over the last 50 years.

We want to compile an awesome look back at the Who's amazing 50 year career and create a retrospective tour program and include photos from YOU! If your images are used your name will be presented in the tour program credits. So, Who Are You? Send us your most exceptional Who concert ticket stub or photograph that you've taken and it'll be considered for The Who's tour program.

Please scan your images at high-resolution (300 dpi), and please state where the images are from. Please only send material that you own the copyright to. Please also include date and location the images were taken from. There is no monetary compensation – just some bragging rights and your name in the tour program! When you email please include this subject line: 'The Who content for tour program.' "

Submissions will be accepted at through August 31. The Who Hits 50~! tour kicks off November 26 in Dublin, Ireland, with a dozen shows, mostly in the U.K., through December 18. North American dates are expected to be announced soon for August 31.
