By now, most people know that Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons are part owners of AFL team the LA KISS (clever name), but soon fans will be able to get an inside look as to how the team came to be.
Via BroadwayWorld.com, AMC has announced the August 5th premiere of “4th and Loud” (also a clever name) and will run for ten episodes, with each episode being an hour long. The series will follow Stanley and Simmons, as well as KISS manager/part owner Doc McGhee through the ups and downs of the first season of LA KISS’s existence.
The trailer for the series is embedded above, and it’ll be interesting to see just how much of the show will focus on the team’s season. In case you’re not up-to-date on your AFL standings, the LA KISS are currently second in their division with a record of 3-10. Yikes!
Hey…There’s always the LA KISS girls! I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that watching Gene and Paul go through that audition process ought to be pretty entertaining.
