Max Weinberg Auctioning Off Stay At His Private Villa

NEW YORK, NY - APRIL 10: Inductee Max Weinberg of the E Street Band speaks onstage at the 29th Annual Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame Induction Ceremony at Barclays Center of Brooklyn on April 10, 2014 in New York City.
E Street Band drummer Max Weinberg is doing a mitzvah for his synagogue.

Weinberg and his wife, Becky, are donating a week’s stay at their private Tuscan villa for a fundraising auction that will benefit Temple Sharey Tefilo-Israel, a synagogue in South Orange, N.J. that Weinberg’s grandparents help found and where the drummer was Bar Mitzvahed in 1964.

The auction is set to take place June 21st, but those interested in the Italian villa stay can pre-bid online at, where addition details about the villa and photos can be viewed.  To put it lightly, this place looks and sounds ridiculously beautiful.

Four bedrooms/four bathrooms, a cook’s kitchen AND a swimming pool?!  Looks like all of that E Street Band/Conan money was put to good use!
