"Meet The Beatles - Japan Box" Coming Out June 25th

Conflicting reports were released July 23, 2001 regarding Beatle George Harrison''s battle with cancer. Music producer Sir George Martin was quoted as saying that Harrison expects to die soon from his illnesses. The 58-year-old musician underwent treatment for a brain tumor at a clinic in Switzerland, and had surgery earlier this year for lung cancer.
Yet another Beatles box set is coming.

"Meet The Beatles -- Japan Box" is due out on June 25, containing Japanese versions of "Meet The Beatles," "The Beatles' Second Album," "A Hard Day's Night," "Help!" and "The Beatles No. 5," a compilation album released in Japan only.

The "A Hard Day's Night" and "Help!" sets are the same as their U.K. counterparts, although the former features a different cover. Each of the CDs will replicate the original album art and use the 2009 audio remasters. The Japan box follows the January release of the Beatles' "U.S. Albums" box set.
