Chicago has set a March 11 release date for "Live in Japan," a vintage concert recording from June of 1972.
The two-disc, 22-track set was recording during the tour support "Chicago V" and was released in Japan during the mid-90s and then again last year, but this will mark its first domestic release.
Among the highlights are "Chicago V" favorites such as "Saturday in the Park," "Dialogue" and "State of the Union" as well as enduring Chicago hits like "Beginnings," "25 or 6 to 4," "Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?" -- complete with a free-form introduction -- and the "Ballet For a Girl in Buchannon" suite with "Make Me Smile" and "Colour My World."
The set is currently available digitally. The current incarnation of Chicago is on tour and will begin a summer road trip with REO Speedwagon on August 2 in Phoenix.
