According to Rolling Stone and The Vans website, The Beatles are collaborating with Vans and releasing their own line of shoes inspired by their psychedelic Yellow Submarine album. The lads from Liverpool anticipate a prosperous year. Paul and Ringo will be performing and receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award at this year’s Grammys on January 26th.
2014 marks the 50th anniversary of their American invasion and their initial venture into the shoe game. The trippy line will represent all four Beatles in vivid and distinctive designs of the era. On the other hand, err foot, Black Sabbath will extend their relationship with Converse and release five new Chuck Taylor All Star sneakers for their spring line.
