* Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young will reunite for the 27th annual Bridge School Benefit concert on October 26-27 in Mountain View, Calif. Heart and Elvis Costello are also on the bill. 
* Paul McCartney calls the late David Frost "a most interesting interviewer" in a post paying tribute to him at www.PaulMcCartney.com
* After canceling most of his summer concerts due to abdominal surgery, Elton John returned to the stage Sunday (September 10) to close out Bestival 2013 on Britain's Isle of Wight. It was John's first British festival appearance since 1979. 
* David Bowie will surface again on "Reflektor," the new album by Grammy Award-winning Canadian group Arcade Fire. Bowie appears on one of the album's tracks, which was recorded in New York. 
* In other Bowie news, a new version of "Sound and Vision" from 1977's "Low" album, remixed by Sojay Parbhakar and featuring backing vocals by British siner Mary Hopkin, is due out October 4. The remix was originally commissioned for a Sony smartphone ad. 
* In a new afterward to the paperback version of his "Who I Am" autobiography, Pete Townshend writes that he is "working 12-to-16 hour days" on his latest musical project, "Floss," which he first announced in 2009. 
* Aerosmith's Steven Tyler joined country star and "American Idol" judge Keith Urban on stage in Nashville Friday (September 6) for renditions of "Walk This Way" and ZZ Top's "LaGrange."
