Wings Concert Film "Rockshow" Now Screening Worldwide

These days in Rock and Roll, concert films are the name of the game, and now, Wings is flying into the action.

The Paul McCartney-led supergroup released their movie, Rockshow to theaters worldwide today (May 16), which documents their 1976 Wings Over America Tour, specifically, the band’s show at Seattle’s Kingdome.

A shorter version of the film was first released in 1980 in New York City, and has now been restored to the full-length concert with restored and remastered sound, which includes a 5.1 surround sound mix, according to RockShowOnScreen.com.

Additionally, Wings is set to re-release a deluxe edition of their infamous live album, Wings Over America, on May 27.
