Bruce: A Night To Remember?

There's a line from Jackson Browne's "The Loadout" that goes...We gotta drive all night And do the show in Chicago... or Detroit.
I don't know, we've done so many shows in a row.
And these towns all look the same.
I understand how an artist can get confused and mention the wrong city...but 3 Times? Bruce Springsteen was 4 songs into his set before Little Steven was able to tip him off. Being such a big fan,I have to admit I was a little hurt by the slip,but soon got over it. Bruce played it off by making a couple jokes and then over compensated by mentioning Detroit/Michigan several times throughout the night.
All in all it was a pretty damn good show! I was spoiled by being able to see this show in Chicago where the energy level was more intense. That September show was also the ...

After spending the past hour thoughtfully passionatly writing my review of the Springsteen show, I clicked save/preview and lost the whole thing because the website timed out!!!!

Bruce Springsteen is the artist that ignites my passion for music and fuels my rock n roll soul.
I was turned on to Bruce & The E Street Band by accident when a friend offered up an extra ticket to his show at Masonic Temple back in the '70's.
What I saw changed my life. The concert was a frat party, a revival, a sweaty workout, a rebellious protest and a cleansing of the soul. Part of the reason I got into radio was to have a chance at meeting Bruce...came close but still waiting.
Bruce doesn't play the storyteller role these days and the band has given up individual fashion for the uniform black apparell, but the energy level is as high as it's ever been.
